I have been working out for nearly my entire life. I was once 100 pounds overweight, and that was when I was only twelve years old. Needless to say, that I became very body conscious at an extremely young age. Throughout my teenage years, I struggled with a lower body-image and such, however, something good finally came out of all of that. While I was feeling down about my body, I longed to change it, but doing it healthy and naturally. Thus, I began to read every book I could about exercising, and taking care of yourself.
